I came to Austin in 1986 on a world tour with Charlie Sexton, opened the Austin Rehearsal Complex (the ARC) in 1990, and co-founded Austin’s SIMS Foundation in 1995. In 2003 I merged my adeptness for assisting & connecting people with a passion for life in ATX and launched my real estate career. In the decades since, it has been a privilege to assist hundreds of people through two of life’s key transitions—finding just the right home, and achieving the optimal outcome when it comes time to sell. I received 2 consecutive Best of Austin Awards for Best Real Estate Agent, and Texas Monthly’s Five Star Agent award every year since 2011. I am grateful to have assisted many of my clients with numerous listings and purchases over the years. My career is multifaceted, and I love it.

There's a whole lotta music in my life. I have toured and recorded with Billy Bragg, Joe Ely, Charlie Sexton, Ian McLagan, Ronnie Lane, Broken Homes, Storyville, and Martha Davis. I’ve performed with Bruce Springsteen, Pete Townshend, Ronnie Wood, and Alejandro Escovedo. Career highlights include opening for the Rolling Stones, and playing on The Late Show with David Letterman and PBS’s Austin City Limits. I received "Best Drummer" honors at the Austin Music Awards in 2007. My original compositions are available on all streaming services.
